From I-95 North and South

Take exit 5 to the Portsmouth Traffic Circle. From the traffic circle, bear right onto the "Route 1 Bypass South" (towards Hampton Beaches). Follow for approximately 300 yards to 2nd set of lights. Turn left at the lights onto O'Brien Dr.and bear right at the stop sign. The Frank Jones Center is directly ahead.

The Seacoast Better Living Expo is a community based event promoting
holistic health & sustainable living products/practices.

Education is our biggest tool in ensuring that we make the right choices for healthy living.
The Seacoast Better Living Expo showcases providers of goods and services from both the eco/sustainable and holistic health care industries.

Living green is about more than just making the planet better for its current inhabitants — it's also about smart practices to ensure the survival and quality of life for future generations. This
Expo hopes to demonstrate the significant value of natural and holistic living and provide great alternatives, tips and products you can apply to your everyday routine to start living green,
healthy and holistic.

The Focus of this Expo is to attract attendees and participants from around the greater New England Seacoast community. We hope to create an environment filled with a broad range of
local integrative, holistic health and wellness providers as well as eco-conscious green living

She may also be guided to do limited readings from the audience. Vicki has been using her gifts of spirit communication to help people bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual world and find comfort in knowing that we are not alone, but are all ONE.
